Amazed by the brilliance of the human body, I spent 15+ years working as a dietitian and lactation consultant, teaching women and families with young children what I thought I knew about how to eat well and stay healthy. Then in 2020, my perspective shifted when I was diagnosed with severe cervical intraepithelial neoplasia while also going through fertility treatments with my husband. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, I am a Registered Nurse, I am a Clinical Iridologist, I am a Detoxification Specialist and I graduated from the Institute of Regenerative Health as a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner. At the age of 3 months old I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis and in my mid 20's I was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes.
