What we’re all about

Wise wellness is a holistic clinic that specializes in the work of regenerative health.  Regenerative health is all about getting to the root cause of symptoms or a disease. Addressing the root cause allows the body to reverse, repair, and regenerate from its current state.  This is accomplished through detoxification, herbalism, nutrition, and kinesiology.

We are a team of Certified Regenerative Health Practitioners that are trained in regenerative detox, iridology, herbalism, and many other modalities that help assess the body as a whole.

We specialize in digestive health,  autoimmune, reproductive health, overall preventative care, and many other conditions. Disease is nothing more than Dis-ease.  Disease is a lack of ease and flow in the body that has derived from a state of acidosis and lymphatic stagnation.

Our services consist of full health consultations, iris exams, nutritional counseling, and herbal recommendations.

Our motto at Wise Wellness is that suffering is optional and thriving is possible. Your body is designed to heal when you give it the right environment.

Carrie Drinkwine

Owner and Founder of Wise Wellness

I am a passionate mamapreneur. I am the owner of Wise Wellness and the owner/founder of the Institute of regenerative health.

I am a certified regenerative detoxification specialist, certified holistic nutritionist, and a traditional naturopath.

I began my journey into regenerative detoxification after being diagnosed with early-onset lupus, Hashimoto, fibromyalgia, adrenal fatigue, and “unexplained infertility”.

When I received this diagnosis I had a background in nutrition science and holistic nutrition. I thought I was doing everything “right “. It was an incredibly eye-opening experience to be at a young age of 30 years old being told I was infertile and had lifelong autoimmune conditions.  I knew deep down that something had shifted in my body and I could shift it back. I sought out a mission to heal my own body through nature's medicine.  After a long road of different healing modalities, I found the work of regenerative detoxification.  Luckily, it was my last stop.  I reversed every condition in my body. I knew I had to share this with the world.  I began my studies in regenerative detox and all things health. It was a deep honor to study the works of Dr. Robert Morse where the trajectory of my life was forever changed.

I became a certified regenerative detoxification specialist and took both level one, level two, and iridology. I continued my iridology studies through reading the works of Betsy, O’Brian, June Corder, Dr. Bernard Jensen and Dr. Pesek. I have been in practice for six years and have continued to educate and acquire more certifications and training on everything from facial recognition to the gut microbiome to herbalism, to autoimmunity, to kinesiology and more.

I made it my mission to teach that suffering is optional.

Ahna Mikl

Certified regenerative health practitioner

My name is Ahna Mikl, and I have a Bachelor's of Applied Sciences in Public Health, I am a Clinical Iridologist, and I am a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner. I began my journey in regenerative health after being diagnosed with unexplained ovarian cysts, hormonal imbalances, painful periods, and PCOS. After being introduced to regenerative detoxification, that is when everything changed for me and my health transformed. I learned that our bodies truly can heal if we give them the right internal environment to do so. I am passionate about helping others get to the root cause of their symptoms and empowering people with simple tools to restore balance in their bodies. My mission is to support others on their journey to vibrant health!

Shantell Doree

Certified regenerative health practitioner

My name is Shantell Doree. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, I am a Registered Nurse, I am a Clinical Iridologist, I am a Detoxification Specialist and I graduated from the Institute of Regenerative Health as a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner. At the age of 3 months old I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis and in my mid 20's I was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes. My pulmonary doctor years ago told me that I could regenerate my lungs, but I never knew back then what he meant by that. Until I found the work of regenerative health. Our bodies have an innate intelligence. All of our body systems work together in harmony as one. If any parts of our system are out of balance the body as a whole is affected. If we give our bodies the right internal environment, we can reverse dis-ease and regenerate our bodies at the cellular level. The key is getting to the root cause of your dis-ease and not just masking the symptoms. I am excited to guide and support clients to a life of health and wellness through natural medicine!

Kelly Sams

Certified regenerative health practitioner

I found my journey into health and wellness in 2013 when I could no longer ignore the screams of my body. I started with movement as most of my pain was chronic joint pain. Over many years of work and trainings I was able to unwind around 90% of the tensions of scoliosis but the amount of work to maintain my progress was a heavy load. I thought by fixing my alignment I was going to fix all my problems but as time went on and the pain was less in the forefront the rest of my body now had room to talk, I was tired, fuzzy brained, and depressed. That’s when I started to think about my body as a whole and what I was putting into it. I started my journey into regenerative health in 2021 and I haven’t looked back. It has transformed my energy, clarity, and ability to hold alignment with ease as well as given me a deeper zest for life. I am so grateful for this knowledge and have a passion for sharing it with those searching for a different way than the one we have been taught.
